PowerTrax No-Slip Install

Here is what happened when I installed my PowerTrax No-Slip in my Dana 35C (with C-Clip). I thought it would take about an hour for the whole install. I started on time (10:00 am) and everything progressed as anticipated. I took the old gears out and put in the driver side No-Slip hardware just fine. The passenger side Coupler didnt fit into the carrier. I ended up using a rubber mallet to insist that I wanted it in the carrier. The delay cost me about 30 minutes. After that, all progressed as normal. The whole process took 2 hours. I am notorious for under-estimating how long something will take. I did spend a bit of time cleaning my hands to grab the camera and take the pictures, so maybe it would have only taken me 1 hour without the two delaying factors. Anyway, here is how it is done

I now have had a working PowerTrax No-Slip Locking Differential for several years. It has come in handy on every off road adventure I have been on.
